Elena Papandreou, CEO, Executive member of the BoD
Mrs. Papandreou has been appointed as the CEO of the Company since 19.6.2020. She has worked for more than 10 years in legal offices in Cyprus and since 2006 she works as the legal advisor of the Cypriot company Dema Services Limited. In 2009 she established the legal firm E. Papandreou & Co. LLC while retaining her position as a Director of Dema Services Limited. She has graduated from University of Leicester, UK (Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB)) and she is a member of International Bar Association, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Cyprus Bar Association. She is also Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. She is also a BoD member of non-profit organization Toxotis.
Christina Ioannides, Non Executive BoD member
Mrs. Ioannidou is a BoD member of the Company since 19.6.2020. She is working with Ioannides Demetriou LLC in Cyprus since 2007. She is a graduate of University of Oxford (BA(Hons)), Harvard University (AM) and Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine (BSc(Hons)). She is member of Cyprus Bar Association since 2004 and a member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Katerina Hadjichristofi, Non Executive BoD member
Mrs. Hadjichristofi is a BoD member of the Company since 19.6.2020. She has been working in Ioannides Demetriou LLC in Cyprus since 2009. She is a graduate of University of Manchester, UK (Bachelor of Laws (LLB)) and holds a master’s degree from the University of London (LLM (Lon.) International Corporate and Commercial Law). She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2004 and she is a member of Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA).
